How far is the drive from Knoxville? About 2 hours
Will there be a van going from Laurel? Yes.
What time will it be leaving and returning? Please contact the transportation coordinator, Mary Doty at 865-670-3786 or email tdoty@knology.net
When can I check into my hotel room? Rooms will be available by Friday 3:00 pm.
What if I want to stay an extra night? Rooms are available on Saturday night at the same rate. You must make your own reservation ahead of time. The name and number are: AmericInn of Jonesborough, 423-753-3100. (Call the hotel directly to assure the same room rate. Do not call the toll-free number)
If we stay Saturday night, what are the plans for Sunday morning? Contact Jennifer Ray or Robin Smith if you’d like to worship together on Sunday morning at the hotel.
Will dinner be served on Friday night? No, you need to eat before you arrive.
What time do the stores close on Saturday afternoon? Most shops close by 5pm.
Are there elevators in the hotel? Yes. Also, the entry to the Visitors Center is on the same level as the meeting room.

Free time activity for Saturday afternoon? Yes, a “Times and Tales Tour” is available beginning at 2:30 pm. This exceptional walking tour is a great way to see and hear the history of Jonesborough.
