Dear Bride and Groom,

We are honored that you are considering our building for your wedding event.  We hope you agree with us that the Laurel building is beautiful and well suited for such events.  For us to be able to offer this service to you, we will need to ask that you agree to follow certain guidelines.  These guidelines are necessary to:

• Insure the safety of everyone involved.
• Keep the cost of using the facility reasonable.
• Preserve the beauty and functionality of the facility.
• Insure that only activities in keeping with Christian principles take place in the Laurel building.
• Show consideration for those of our staff who will be present for and clean up after your event.

If you choose to use our building, we hope that your wedding event is everything you hope it will be.

Setting the Date:

Reservations for the use of our facilities for weddings by non-members can be made six months prior to the date of the wedding.  Reservations will not be accepted before this time.  Members may make reservations at any time.  We do not allow the use of our facilities for rehearsal dinners.  Church programming is always given priority in the use of the building.  Weddings will not be scheduled on a day that a major event is planned for the congregation or on Sundays.  Church events will not be rescheduled.
